25 years of international corporate experience

My practice is built on 25 years of experience in international business. Throughout my career, which spanned functions as diverse as finance, business planning, sales, and marketing, I led multicultural teams operating in a global environment. As a marketing executive at Philip Morris International, I led brand-transformative projects that were deployed worldwide, headed the global marketing innovation and intelligence team, and developed and delivered professional training programs for emerging talent.

I never stop learning

I earned a number of trainings and certifications, all among the best in class existing today in the leadership field. I values knowledge and learning as a way to expand myself, and as a way to better serve my clients and business. My foundational coaching education led me to become a Certified Professional Co-Active© Coach from CTI and a Professional Certified Coach from ICF. I also became an Advanced Certified Team Coach from ICF. I specialized and trained over a year in Neuroscience, and I also trained in the Immunity to Change methodology of Profs. Kegan and Lahey. I complemented my training with world-known tools, I am a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile and Hogan Assessments Systems.

A native of France, and a Swiss and US citizen, I obtained my coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute and received bachelors and master’s degrees in business and economics from EM Strasbourg Business School in Strasbourg, France. I received advanced training in leadership and strategic marketing at Harvard Business School, and spent a year at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy. In addition to French, I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. I have lived in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. I am an avid reader and traveler. I am married and currently reside in New York City.
